Taylor is a commercial real estate broker in Rockingham County, Virginia specializing in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and exchange of investment properties. He provides strategic counseling, by focusing on the "why" behind an investment.

Taylor has experience working with owners and investors across diverse asset classes including retail, industrial, office, land, self-storage, mobile home parks, multifamily, and special use properties. To ensure maximum visibility for client assets, Taylor actively participates in national real estate exchange meetings, connecting local properties with an expansive, coast-to-coast network of investors.

Taylor holds a B.S. in Accounting from Winthrop University. Prior to Cottonwood Commercial, Taylor managed a corporate portfolio of about 38M sf for one of the world's largest tire manufactures, which helped him develop a deep understanding of how major corporations view real estate as a strategic lever for business growth.

Beyond advising others, Taylor has personally bought, sold, leased, and managed commercial and residential property. This personal experience allows Taylor to see the market through an owner's eyes, delivering practical strategies that prioritize the bottom line.
